Los Angeles 2015
April 26, 2015
I got the opportunity to go down to Los Angeles for 3 days this week for some training, and my co-worker and I tried our best to make an adventure out of it and see as much as possible in the short time we had.
In the three nights, we went to Newport Beach, Downtown Disney, and Laguna Beach. I am really glad that I brought my camera, because LA is one of the most photogenic cities that I have ever been to. It didn't take long before I started to understand the appeal of Southern California despite my bias for cold weather and mountains.
Shooting the ocean is a departure from what I usually post on here, and it was a real struggle for me. One of my goals this year is to work on keeping my foregrounds as interesting and engaging as the rest of the picture. It is a real struggle, but I feel really good about the pictures that I got. It helped that we had an amazing sunset on our last evening there.
I had to include my photos of the lego statues in front of the lego store in Downtown Disney because they were SO COOL! I really love lego...
Anyways, thanks for reading and looking at my photos!
